                                 My responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of tasks, which can be succinctly summarized into six key points:

  1. Advising: Advising the university authority in the strategic formulation and execution of new projects, encompassing both short-term initiatives and long-term endeavors

  2. Coordinate: Coordinate and facilitate meetings of the Planning and Development Committee, ensuring seamless deliberation and decision-making in alignment with the directives set forth by the university authority

  3. Guiding: Guiding the Departments, and Offices of CSTU in the meticulous preparation of the Pre-DPP or DPP (Development Project Proposal) is crucial to ensuring the acquisition of funds from the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and other esteemed funding agencies. This guidance will play a pivotal role in facilitating the establishment of new infrastructure and cutting-edge laboratory facilities, fostering the advancement of education and research excellence at CSTU.

  4. Creating: Creating e-GP accounts within CSTU and for those tenders that are to be administered online is an integral process that streamlines the procurement workflow, enhances efficiency, and ensures transparency. By establishing e-GP accounts within the framework of CSTU, a foundation is laid for the seamless management of online tenders. This proactive approach not only aligns with modern technological advancements but also signifies a commitment to expedite processes and maintain a competitive edge in the realm of procurement.

  5. Liaising: Liaising will come into effect with the establishment of the Office of the Chief Engineer, wherein the responsibility will encompass the construction of physical infrastructures utilizing development funds

  6. Receiving: Receiving the instruments, in the form of cheques, allocated by the UGC for specific funds, and subsequently delivering them to CSTU constitutes a pivotal process in the meticulous financial management of the university.

                                                                                                                                           

Tutoring Experience 

  Private Tutoring Services, Chattogram City, Chittagong                                                                       [July, 2016-May, 2023]

  • For a period of six years, offered one-on-one tutoring to more than 60 high school students, boosting their skills and self-assurance in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The sessions encompassed diverse topics such as mechanics, electricity, thermodynamics, properties of matter, environmental chemistry, stoichiometric chemistry, electro-chemistry, organic chemistry, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, linear programming, and calculus.

  • Tailored lesson plans to address individual student needs and goals, adapting based on feedback and progress.

  • Utilized interactive tools, simulations, and real-life examples to make the material more accessible and engaging.

  • Aided multiple students in enhancing their academic performance by increasing their grades and test scores.

Three weeks of Industrial attachment to learn the laboratory test conducted after and before pavement construction, different types of roads and their cross-section, specification of different layers (seal coat, surface course, binder course, base course, subbase course, improved subgrade, etc.) of pavement, procedures of highway and bridge construction, procedures of  CSL & Static Load Test, soil and slope stabilization, pavement stability, asphalt mix design plant working procedures, weigh-in-motion technology, cross border road network improvement project of Bangladesh, the quantitative environmental impact of project monitoring (noise level, air quality, surface water quality, groundwater quality), different types of construction equipment’s ( crane, bulldozer, loader, power shovel, grader, roller, pneumatic tired roller), etc
